CHICAGO

Quite spontaneously, my dad, my sister and I, drove up to Piteå last night to see Chicago in an outdoor concert, located right on the beach! Chicago is a long time favorite band of my dad's and I, myself have been listening to this group when I was younger so it was nice to actually see them live. And boy could they pull off a show!! They were freakkin' awesome live, great musicians ! We practically had front row positions right by the stage as well which was great !
They were by the way amazed over the fact that the sun never went down last night in Piteå..haha..

It was Jazz, funky and Rock 'n roll !

I've got a stupid cold that is eating me up ALIVE ! I'm so sick of this and it's foremost ANNOYING above all !!

I skyped with my two favvisar today ! That was nice ! I miss them more than words can say...uääh..! ..And I DON'T like the thought of them meeting each other in Paris later in June..But of course I'm super happy for them !! I JUST WANT TO BE THERE WITH THEM AS WELL YOU KNOW!!!

I'm not working today which feels good actually! It's so tiring working with kids all day long...but at the same time, what can I say? kids are too adorable..

HAPPY BIRTHDAY GRANDMOM !!!

This weekend was pretty busy ! I went to a "Hat-Party" on Friday which was lots of fun ! My two friends Emma and Sofia had their combined birthday party ! On Saturday it was the big event called "culture night " when it's a lot of live performances EVERYWHERE downtown and it's for free ! Musical performances, dance, theatre, art and such ! It's pretty fun, It's mostly local bands playing but also from other towns and countries actually.
And today was, as said before, my Grandmom's birthday, so we celebrated her all day ! FUN day !

I've started a painting for my brother ! It's gonna be a combination of action painting and abstract foremost I think ! I'm excited ! Unfortunately I've run out of black color ! As you can see, i've used quite a lot ...


The painting looks much smaller on the picture than irl ! It's around 100cm X 70 cm !

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOM !

Today is my mom's birthday ! A big happy birthday to youuu !!!
We're gonna celebrate her tonight. we've had friends over today for fika but tonight we're gonna give her the presents ! hoho

The show last night WAS SO MUCH FUN !! And it went REALLY well actually ! I was surprisingly calm throughout the whole day, I wasn't nervous at all ! That is VERY unlike me, before I'm going on stage or whatever kind of performance I have to do in front of a crowd ! hmm..But it all went well so I'm happy ! I even got to do the funny flashmob a bunch of dancers did a couple of weeks ago downtown. We were all supposed to do it at the end of the show so my friend Emma taught me the whole thing during all the extra time we had just sitting around waiting for our turn to go on stage! F U N !

I'm not sure I'll post the performance 'cause the video had such a poor quality, it was over exposed some how..but I'll come up with something !

THE ACADEMY OF BALLET PRESENTS: FLASHBACKS TMRW AT 5.30 PM !

whoho..I'm actually very excited ! It is going to be so much fun ! I'm basically gonna spend the entire day at the venue. My group are gonna set the light for the performance around 10 am and the schedule will run pretty tight after that (meaning: I want to glance at everyone else's performances mohaha) and of course we will do a final rehearse before the actual show and so on!

I've received TWO extremely good news this past week ! And I am SO excited I can't even contain myself ! More updates will probably come later !

If all goes well tmrw I will try and put a video up here on the blog of my performance..soo fingers crossed ! I'm gonna get a good night's sleep and then I'm gonna wake up early in the best of moods and head straight to the venue for lots of preparations !

It's my mom's birthday on Sunday as well ! told you May was a superbusy birthday month !!! hoho
