Summer vacay at last !!

Whoho my work here is done ! Still, it doesn't really feels like it, I mean it doesn't even feel like a Friday use to !
Must be because I'm so tired of everyythinng !!
I'm glad though that summer is finally here ! Now all what's missing is that perfect summer weather we had a week ago, please come back and stay for a while will you ?!

I have lots of plans for the summer ! It will be hard to fit everything in ! But I like it !!
And did I tell you my Dolce & Gabbana fragrance has arrived all ready ???!!! ! Fabulous !

Hitting The Beach !!

Frida and I decided to take a trip to the beach yesterday ! First trip of the year ! It was perfect weather and just so relaxing and fun. And I got to wear my new leopard print bikini which I love! :

It's not fun laying down next to my dear friend Frida, she is so tanned already, and it's only the beginning of the summer !! I don't know how she does it !! I was seriously shining in comparison !

MIDSUMMER 2012 !

Once a year we celebrate midsummer, a tradition around the summer solstice ! We say the sun never goes down, it's bright all night. Which is pretty amazing when you think about it. ! We have our special traditions that we do on this particular day: Dance around the big maypole, pick flowers and make little floral wreaths to wear on our heads and of course eat lots of delicious summer food !


In true spirit of the holiday, my sister, mom and I sat off to a close by meadow in the morning to pick summer flowers for our floral wreaths and bouquets:

Later on the one and only granny arrived for the festivities:

The day was spent pretty much just hanging around outside in the sun. Working on that nonexistent tan of mine (!)
And of course eating the yummy bbqued food !

WOHO !! I just bought The One fragrance by Dolce and Gabbana from Amazon.com ! Best part is, I didn't spend a single cent..!! I used my 50 dollar gift card I received from my Ex-host family as a Christmas gift last year !! whiwhiw ..I'm totally obsessed with this fragrance and I'm so thrilled I get to wear it later this summer !! yeehey.. oh the joy..!

Freitag !

Finally Friday ! I've been longing for this day to come more than usual on a regular week ! Work this week has just been too hectic ! So glad it's over ! I actually managed to score a job position 'til the end of June, which feels pretty good right now. I need get that cash flow going !

No plans for ce week-end yet but what I do know is that I want to go see this one super bad, like tonight I heart Johnny Depp !

Me, my brother and grandmother walked around campus to see the big bonfire and hear the studentchoir  sing and welcome the spring. A kind of odd tradition when you think about it. Loads of people were out and it was so nice that the sun decided to join us as well ! All in all I had a very mellow and cosy night with not too much going on. I worked all day in a kindergarten so I was tired even before the night had started ..

Today's update :
I've catch a cold AGAIN ! This is the super down part of being a sub-teatcher in kindergarten schools. You are basically sick all year around ! It makes me so incredible depressed, not being able to earn money / being bored to death at home. I'm doing the best I can trying to find those small things that makes me happy during these long eventless days.. Pretty please make me recover sooner than laterrr !

I'm also getting nuts thinking about my summer plans. what I'm suppose to do / have to do !  It's not easy to squeeze everything in there. ! arghhh !

Give a little.

Things I like to do just to avoid doing something I HAVE to do:
- Learn how to play an entire song including all the words of the lyrics on piano/guitarr !

- Reorganize my entire wardrobe (Note: Not on my "to do -list" )

- Taking incredible long outdoor walks (indoor walk s? )

-Spend embarrassing long hours in front of youtube !

- Watch not one but two or three movies !

- Stare into the wall.

- Listen to music.

As you can tell of all the above, very time consuming activities.

Question is: What do I need to ? if not any of the above ?? Genious... !

Drawing !!

Finally I'm taking the time doing the things I enjoy the most: Simply drawing. A pen and a blank sheet of paper and the rest is up to your imagination. I myself like doing all sorts of portraits. Preferably in black and white !

I've got work tomorrow whehey ! And it's Friday Friday !
